I'm Rhay, and it is gorgeous to have you here.
I'm Rhay, a spiritual & holistic therapist with over a decade in the mental health and wellbeing sector. Through my own spiritual self-love and healing journey, I have experienced some of my most magical and profound moments leading me to living life in a more guided and deeper way.
I am a Reiki Master, a qualified mental health pracitioner, hypnobirthing consultant, meditation and mindfulness practitioner and spiritual therapist. I have worked with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, but also with those who are trying to find their deeper meaning and true calling to life.
I have combined all of these gorgeous approaches to give a bespoke healing experience to all you gorgeous souls.
